Working with Steven Stocks was a quick, easy and painless experience. I purchase a new company car aprox. every 2.5 years and had previously owned 3 Honda Accords and decided to give the Legacy a shot. Hopefully all goes well and I'll be back for 2 or 3 more in the future. Darryl Russell and his team at Subaru of Kings Automall gave me a great deal and I plan on having all my maintenance done at the dealer. My only suggestion would be for the dealer group to offer some kind of free oil changes or car washes to get other buyers to bring their business back to the dealer, but other than that, it was a very positive experience...
My salesman was Aaron dries and he was great! Very nice and easy going, not pushy and had no problem answering all my questions. Aaron seemed very upfront and willing to help with whatever he could. My only complaint was that sales manager was not willing to negotiate or haggle with the price, but overall a great experience.

Not only does all stores need to be this friendly but especially all car lots. Most don’t care and this place does!! If I could give more stars I would!:)
Jerry is my service advisor. He always goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with Kings Subaru. In my last visit, I asked about adding a rear bumper cover to my 2017 Forrester. Jerry got with the parts department, priced out the part installed and I agreed to proceed. Something else, I noticed was he brought two very dirty air filters (1) cab, the other engine air filter to my attention. Of course I agreed and I am a very satisfied customer as a result of their service. The car washes are also appreciated. Nice touch!
Had a great experience at Subaru Kings Automall. I called to set up an appointment, but there was no need for an appointment. They said I could just stop in. I did, and my car was taken back right away. Quick in and quick out. Pleasant people and timely service. Car washed, too. Could not ask for more!
