Every service staff member was awesome. They were pleasant and helpful. They explained everything and went out of their way to take care of something on my Jeep that I probably should have had to make another trip to get taken care of. Brad Jenkins was my service advisor and Scott Maddy took care of my oil change and 16 point inspection. They couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. On a scale of 1-10, the service is definitely a 10!!! I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else. You guys and girls ROCK!!
We worked with Jim Smith. We actually walked out of several dealerships based upon poor customer service prior to Kings. As far as my husband and I are concerned, service is everything when spending our hard-earned money. We were impressed with the sales managers as well. They were friendly and seemed to have our best interests in the forefront of their minds. Great staff and nice facilities! Will be returning here when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle.
Recently had my car serviced at Kings Chrysler Jeep Dodge and was wowed by the level of service I received. Craig Ditmer was phenomenal and prompt with everything he did. I had several unknown issues with my car and they fixed all of them. Based on the issues I had, I knew it could take a few days to get done but with the loaner cars being available, it really helped me continue my days uninterrupted. I highly recommend using them. I will continue to use them in the future for all of my cars.
Sales was spot on, not pushy, took their time, acted like they cared about what I was trying to accomplish and even worked with me a bit. Sat with me after purchase and spent lots of time showing me how all the fancy tech worked throughout the van. The trade in deal was very reasonable as well.
