Jazz was an awesome salesman and was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and got me a great deal, out the door! Also Bob the manager was a great help in backing Jazz and guaranteeing their cars! Both were Very friendly and a delight to talk with and didn’t push me into buying the vehicle! They gave me my personal space, I would definitely tell families and friends to shop here!
Disappointed that as a previous customer, who paid a car off with them, was not able to get another car because they wanted MORE income. I already bring home $520 a week. If I was unable to afford the payment then how did I make ALL the other payments these 4 years on the previous car through them? It was a complete waste of my time. I was told they could definitely help me and how being a previous customer gave me even better benefits.
I will say the manager and sales guys were awesome, it was not their fault. They tried hard. It was their finance company, CNAC, who provided the horrible experience.
