We arrived early for our oil change as we had a doctors appointment the same day in the same area. Chris the manager, worked with us to ensure we could have this done on the same day as not to make a double trip. We so appreciated his help on working us in with such short notice. When we arrived the 'other' Chris seen to our needs in a timely fashion. We are sorry however, we never had time to visit and see Rob. On our next trip we hope to see him. This was our first KIA and first visit to Kings KIA. Very pleased with the whole process. Only delay was waiting for a vehicle in transit. Our sales rep, Jason Levy knew the product and leasing procedure well and was able to answer all questions to our satisfaction. Rob Bello, the Sales Manager was involved throughout the process. Both were pleasant and helpful in providing a satisfactory and competitive price as well as a fair offer for our existing Honda.

I had great service when I brought my car in. The service advisor Christopher Goff was extremely polite and very helpful. It was going to take a couple of hours to complete the service and Christopher arranged for Casey to take me home until the service was completed. Casey was also extremely polite and very nice. Great service and Great guys!!
My experience was almost too easy. I purchased a car as a surprise for my husband for Christmas ~ letting me borrow a giant bow was a nice touch. My husband LOVES his new Forte. Thanks Rob Ernst for helping me choose the perfect car.
Excellent service. I was extremely early for my appointment but my vehicle was immediately taken in for service. In what seemed like only a few minutes, my vehicle service was finished. My Service Advisor was Christopher Goff and he was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the services that would be performed as well as future maintenance that will done at the next appointment. Christopher was very professional and I look forward to seeing him at my next appointment.
