We had a very obscure and concerning electrical problem. We called at 2:30pm and Melissa (service advisor) had us in by 3:30pm. We talked 3 times that night about the issue. There was no clear answer because the diagnostic didn't clarify the problem. She understood the seriousness of my concern and asked me questions about the problem until she had enough to conclude with the mechanic the right next steps. In the end it was a big fix (it's a 7 year old vehicle that has never needed major repair), but it worked!!

I had a great experience at this location. The general manager, Rob really has this place running smoothly. When my husband and I came to Toyota we were greeted right away by the man who would be assisting us for the evening, Tom. I have to admit, i was really dreading the car shopping process, but Tom was great for so many reasons. The first thing I appreciated about Tom was how friendly he was. He didn't treat me like I was just another customer he wanted to get in and out the door, instead he showed interest in meeting my needs and requirements. Once I told him the type of car I wanted, he quickly found it and got it ready for a test drive. Not only did he set the car up to its optimal safety levels, he also provided a great route to test drive the vehicle so that I would have a good sense of how the car performed on the highway and local roads. When I got done with the test drive, I decided that the vehicle was right for me, and Tom was able to get the leasing payment options, credit check, and approval done quicker than I ever thought possible. All in all my husband and I were only there for about an hour and a half and we were able to get everything that had to get done accomplished. The following day when I came to pick the car up, Tom greeted me once again and helped show me how to synch the car up to my devices. He also told me if i ever had any questions I could call him anytime and he would be happy to help me. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

So my experience with sales team was great but....Here I sit stranded again with my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. So far..I've been stranded with a Dead Battery on my way to take my elderly father to the hospital. They said was an actual Bad Battery that had to be replaced. Then the speedometer on my 2017 Tacoma quits. Before I can get an appointment to address that.. One of the front windows starts rattling like its going to break & now here I sit with a completely flat new tire. Once again my elderly father is waiting on me while I wait on AAA. Before I bought my Tacoma I watched Utube videos about not being able to kill a Tacoma. Well I feel like letting it roll off a cliff & going back to Chevy. You might not be able to kill a Tacoma but you sure as hell can count on 1 problem after another.

Upon arrival the manager must have seen me looking lost so he came over to assist me. Thank you so much! I didn't catch his name but he was very helpful and kind. He directed me to Casey, service advisor, who was fantastic at helping me understand the process and what services I needed to get. While I was waiting another wonderful guy came out to talk to me about what had been done, what needed to be done, etc. He explained everything thoroughly in ways I could understand. It was a great experience at Toyota! The service gentleman who checked my windshield for cracks or holes even noticed how dirty my windows were and he cleaned my windows for me!! Thanks to all for excellent service!! I will never dread this appointment again!!

I trust Melissa and this dealership 100%. Furthermore, she made sure that every currently available coupon got applied and that other needed work was done at the same time, saving a lot of money and time.

I took my Camry for an oil change, I was treated very professionally by all employees. My service advisor Mr. 260 Steve Boster added a Multi-Point Inspection to my car service. He is a good representative employee to his Toyota Dealership. Posses good communication skills. The service of oil change and inspection was conducted in less than an hour. I drove out my car as if it was brand new Camry. Kings Toyota is probably the largest dealership in Cincinnati area and definitely has to be the best in the nation. Outstanding service.
