I recently bought a new 3500 Ram. My salesperson, Randy Lowe, provided excellent service. He answered all questions as I test drove a couple of different trucks. All aspects of the purchase were made easy by the personnel at the dealership.
I bought a jeep from this dealership and traded in my car. Car buying process was easy, although after the fact was a nightmare! The finance department called me a week or so after buying my car to tell me I owned them money due to the wrong tax charges. I asked if this was going to hold up my loan process or getting my tags since I lived in a different state they “couldn’t” tag the car. He said no it was all taken care of. So I drive all the way to Florida for them to tell me they won’t process my car until I pay this money and they won’t send me the title to get my tags now that I’m out of state and don’t have valid tags to drive or get home. The story changed and now the finance department said they gave me a credit I wasn’t valid to get and I needed to pay the difference. If you gave a credit I wasn’t valid for that shouldn’t be the customers error to fix, that should be the dealership esp since you can easily eat that money on the deal for great customer service instead of holding up a title and tag process for a customer and harass them for the money. I asked to speak to the GM and got no where, again they say this is my issue and I need to pay to fix it even though their finance team isn’t doing their jobs correctly and giving out false credits when I didn’t ask for the credit nor did he tell me about this credit till I owed money later. The worst customer service I’ve delt with at a car dealership and honestly the finance team is playing money games and sketchy. I also had a diamond ring I left in my trade in and I’ve asked for it but it “can not be found.” Overall this dealership shouldn’t get your business and I would look at taking your business to another dealer with some customer service and respect towards their customers!
