I called around town to get a bent kickstand bracket cut off from the frame of my bike.Smitty's was the only shop to take on the project. The other shops didn't have the ability to simply cut off a piece of metal from a frame or they were too scared to void the warranty, which the bike didn't have anymore. The employee's are very polite and knew what they were talking about. They charged me a very decent price for the service. I think I found a bike shop that I can trust to send my bike to.
I had a few warranty issues with a bianchi bike, the owner of the shop promptly worked with vendor to resolve my issues. Good communication, good bikes, great customer service.
