Mitch's fitting service exceeded all of my expectations, and definitely lived up to all the positive reviews from other customers. A two hour bike fit including drastic changes to my saddle and bar positions "set me free" so to speak. I'm now riding more efficiently, but more importantly without any more knee pains or numbness as I had experienced prior to the fit. 2013: I heard a few people rave about this shop and after buying my first road bike here, I understand why. I shopped around at a few other shops in the area and BioWheels stood out as exceptional with excellent and honest service. I would definitely recommend BioWheels to anyone in the area.
Note--don't go into a fitting expecting to buy just a fitting--it's not unusual for at least some issues identified to require some degree of gear to resolve. This isn't a bait/switch or upsell, just the nature of the process.
I recently went back for a 3-hour Retul fitting, very comprehensive and high-tech process that really captures the subtleties that can escape the eye. It's the type of process that I'd imagine professional riders routinely go through. My changes weren't dramatic (evidence of how well Mitch fit me up originally), but there was noticeable improvement.
2017 Update: Wish this shop was in my town! Called with a question about my purchase years after getting my bike and having moved out of Cinci and Mitch was super helpful as always. Definitely check this shop out!
