They are nice folks who will treat you right and give you a fair price and outstanding service, to say nothing of the fact they have free parking in the back, which as anyone who has shopped on McMillan St. knows is huge.
Best shop in Cincinnati!! Glenn is extremely knowledgeable: If he doesn't have it you don't need it! (And he can order everything). Mark and Billy are amazing in the shop and can fix and install anything. This is a shop full of people who love cycling, and love to support our cycling community. From entry level, kids bikes, race bikes, cyclocross bikes, commuters, I have bought them all from Campus over the years! They also aren't intimidating and sell at all price points from a few hundred bucks to dream machine pro-level race bikes. Also, new bikes delivered from the dealers get totally taken apart and then rebuilt by hand: This shop wants to KNOW that everything was done correctly and safely. We are lucky to have such a great shop in town.
Excellent service. Provided me with an overhaul on a vintage road bike and took extra time to educate me on using it, as I am new to road biking. Definitely recommend this place.
