Beth was seriously so helpful! She spent ample amount of time helping us get fitted for back packs and show us how each of them worked. All of the employees were ready to assist if we had any other questions. Staff and store was all around great.

Love this place. I have been shopping at REI for years and I was thrilled when they opened one in Cincinnati. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices tend to be a bit higher than you can get elsewhere, but the customer service (return policy) more than makes up for it.
I love REI. They have everything you could ever want to fuel your outdoor adventures. In fact the hat I am wearing in my picture is one of the first things I ever purchased at REI. The products are little more expensive than the average item you'd find, but the quality is exceptional. Everything I have ever bought at REI has lasted me on countless trips and help up to everything I have thrown at it. Actually realizing that all the gear I have every purchased is still going strong. I can't say that for any other place I've been to.
Awesome staff, good selection of products, I always walk out with something I purchase when I visit. The only thing I'd like to see more of are Ultralight products like titanium items and quilts. I realize the majority of their customer base isn't in the market for these things but it would be nice if they had 1 or 2 of these things on hand for us weight weenies. The classes are informative, the employees are knowledgeable and very willing to help. The garage sales are great from what I hear (I work every Saturday so I can never go to them!). The membership dividends are also very nice when they pay out!!
