I can't say enough positive things about them! Being from Iowa and used to my family owned bike shops this was a breath of fresh air to walk in and have an amazing local husband and wife shop! They were beyond friendly and gave me an amazing price to fix up my Surly. I read all the reviews I could before coming here because I wanted to make sure they could work on my Surly Long Haul Disc Trucker and I am beyond amazed at the quality of work and the honest, fair assessment of my front wheel which I needed to replace and they made sure I had the same quality wheel and within my price range. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting a amazing locally owned shop and not a big box store.
SPUN (Judi and Dominic) treated me like family from the moment I walked in. After a handful of bike projects and custom road bike wheels I still enjoy visiting more each time. They are proud to value customer service above all else and it shows. Whenever service or parts are ready I get a phone call or FB message immediately from Judi which is great as you don't want to be without a bike for long! You might think this comes at a premium but their prices are very reasonable!

I've seen them work on cheap old bikes to high end race bikes and they treat each customer with the same level of respect.
Top notch and passionate bike shop. If you want to bring your old bike back to life, Dom is the way to go and it won't cost you an arm and a leg either.
It they have SPUN t-shirts in stock when you visit you'd better grab one in your size quick! They're sought after and sell fast! (Ask for a sticker too!)
Also, Dominic can fix anything and crack jokes while doing it. I always get a laugh from the Campy horror movies he has playing in the background.
