Good selection of bikes, the staff was very friendly answered our questions and helped us out very nicely.
We walked in and after finally getting the attention of an associate in the store we explained we were new to road cycling and looking to buy. He pointed and said "road bikes are up there" then turned and walked away. This store has horrible customer service. We bought a bike from Bishop's in old Milford and we're very happy.
They helped us with a faulty tube and were speedy and generous with their time and advice.

We were ready to go riding when we noticed our kids tire was flat and needed repair. Thankfully the guys quickly repaired it for us. The service was great and the store has many options. We plan on going back to buy a bike rack for the car.
