Listen to the last post, this company is horrible, tell you your pod is going to be there on time and then not have a driver. Horrible customer service, ask one question and they will put you on hold.
There is not a better place to help you move!!
Do not use this service. They do not care one bit about the customer. I have tried contacting them and have been unable to reach them. I contacted their corporate office and they are unable to reach them. Do not get involved with them. You will regret it. Plenty of other options.
PODS is the best way to move! We moved to Cincinnati Ohio from NC in December. We had 3 delays in our house closing. If we had a moving truck, we would have had to unload everything into a storage unit and then reload it back into a truck and unload it all again. It's a little more expensive than a moving truck, but with uncertainty on some things and the risk of handling stuff more than one time, it's well worth it. I am even an employee of PODS now!
