Had my experience today. I had booked my appointment last week for today with no problem. The movers were awesome! Quick and fast. My only problem is if you tell your customer that someone will call you between 1pm and 3pm and it's 2:30 I shouldn't have to call your company to check the status. Long story short I had to call 3 times to find out what was going on. With a little customer service just call your customer before they call you to keep them updated if the movers are running behind.
I was referred by a co worker to this moving company. They were prompt on time and fast paced when moving my belongings. But as I was unpacking I noticed the small storage bins I had were broke down and three of my designer wallets I had were gone .Before I made any assumptions I broke down all my things and still no wallets .I had medications as well in those bins that were scattered everywhere and nowhere to be found .I called plenty of times to get the issue resolved but no one called me back .Be very very careful these people are thieves .To this day no one has contacted me or resolved the issue I would never use this business to move again ..STAY AWAY MOVER BEWARE ....
They were kind and fast! They moved my things from an old third floor apartment to my new second floor abode with good spirit! There was a small hole in the mattress encasement that I'll now have to replace but I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Thank you Unity movers. Way better than the lazy people at D and R. D and R shows up almost 2 hours late trashed the house loaded half the stuff and then decide they worked a long day and then unloaded it and said they would be back in the morning. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are going to be late the customer shouldn't be the one making a phone call to find out how long till the workers will be there. And if your guys worked such a long day just maybe you should have booked for a different day. Also intelligent people would cover items when it is raining and not leave items sit in the rain. After speaking with the special owner he said that one of the other reason that he pulled them was because we add items to the move. Well that is total B.S. because one of the 3 stooges that was there was one of the guys that was there a week before going over all the items that need moved and he said that would be no problem. After my experience With Mr. Raymond I would say that the other responds he has said as spam or scammers, was completely wrong and he just refuses to hear the truth.
A few friends told me D and R Movers were fast, but I wasn't quite ready. They had our apt. packed in to the truck in less than an hour. They were right on time. Fast. And friendly!
