Renting the unit was very easy. Larry was professional and explained everything to me. The cost is reasonable. The area is very clean. While I knew the size of the unit, it seemed very small the first time drove the car into the space. Another foot in the width would be perfect. But, I'm sure driving into the space will get easier with practice.
Nice staff. Very accomodating. Reasonable pricing with online discounts but costs a little extra in fees to get started. Requires renter's insurance. Seems clean and secure. Online billing available. Units alarmed as well.
Leslie is amazing! She was able to help me navigate a difficult transition and sort through details I didn't want to be responsible for but was. She was super chill about my toddler running around while we tried to work it all out. Extra Space Storage picked an incredible human being when they chose to employ her.
