Employee/Customer service was fast, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a nice, clean storage facility.
Because the storages stay very clean and dry when it rain had no problems or complaints I always felt that my things are secured and also very nice employees that has good patience with us
Absolutely the BEST storage facility in Cincinnati, Oh. I called an spoke with Jerry an told him what i was needing he was very helpful. When i arrived i meet with Brandon an Jerry they was very helpful an friendly. The main thing i need in a unit is SAFETY this place is far better than anywhere else ive been. Locked gate, very well lighted an right next to a Sheriff's station. I thought when i read the reviews on this place they had to be paid. I see why they receive high ratings. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And i was not paid to write this review!

I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit where they can feel comfortable and safe while entering and leaving various times of the morning or evening. The Staff are professional, friendly, effective and efficient and they will go out of their way to please you. They tend to ensure you have not only the right space but anything else that you might need. The compound is very clean and well lit. I'm Blessed each time I drive through and look at the window; I get a big smile and a wave; that says, "You're in Good Hands!" I love it.
