I was not hip on the the idea of getting a band that day due to wanting to pay off my balance in September and get the ring then. Satar pulled my info and informed me that if I pay the current balance off in September my new balance and payment wouldn't take effect till October 1st. So instantily my fiancée sat down and we looked more.
This store has some of the finest people working in it. I worked with Tom a little over a week ago to order my wedding band. He met me at the door to walk me in and was a huge help from the start. I wasn't looking for anything super expensive, and had a particular idea in my head - the skinniest band I could find. He was helpful in ordering and letting me know when my new ring arrived. I got my ring and ended up not liking the size of it compared to my engagement ring. I went back in to see Tom to discuss other options and exchange it for something else. Again, he was there to greet me at the door and started to help me right away. He had a Satar pull bands that better complimented my ring while he cleaned my ring on the spot. At the end of the day, and with their help, I found a beautiful band that I love and will be back in tomorrow to pick it up. The customer service at this store is WORLD CLASS. Go. To. This. Store. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Had a Overall excellent expierence shopping for a engagement ring at Jared in Kenwood. Debbie helped me so much throughout the whole process. Answered every question I had. I was totally new to the experience. Got a custom made ring and it turned out beautiful and the price wasn’t outrageous. I definitely will be back to shop again in the future.
Jared needs to have more Satar's in there company, because I would not have purchased a wedding band last night if it was for him. THANK YOU SATAR !!!
Satar and my fiancée must have looked at 10 bands and he was informative, patient, and seemed to keep our price range in mind. We purchased a wedding band that night because of how great Satar was, if I could steel him and hire him at my job I'd do it in a second. However Jared would be losing as far as I am concerned there best associate I've ever felt with.
Naomi was super friendly and helpful. She held the door for us and greeted us. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and everything fit right and looked beautifully. It’s hard to get better service than that!
I had bought a ring from another popular Cincinnati store (non Jared), and it came in a week before my overseas trip to pop the question. The ring was a horrible color and almost ruined the engagement. I went to this Jared, explained my situation, and the staff spent hours trying to locate a similar ring around the Midwest. I was able to secure one and they rushed mounting it a day before my flight. The management really saved the day, and I couldn’t be more appreciative and happy with the decision to buy there. I am a lifetime customer now, and most importantly, she said yes!!!
We went into Jared for a cleaning on my fiancées ring, we were greeted by Satar Baghbanian who was happy to help. Of course my fiancée couldn't help but look at a few wedding bands and Satar was happy to show her a few in our price range.
