We are so happy to have found a jeweler that worked with us to find our ideal ring at a great price. My Fiancé was put in touch directly with the owner who personally found and backed up the gorgeous diamond that sits in my ring. We also worked with Ashwin who was very polite and easy to work with. I get compliments all the time on my engagement ring. We are definitely going back to buy our wedding bands from genesis.
I heard about Genesis Diamonds on the radio and decided to see for myself if their diamonds and staff were truly top knotch. After my initial visit I was confident in picking them to buy my engagement ring. Dave in particular did an excellent job of going over dozens of options of what I wanted to get without even knowing a price range. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into buying. It took 3 visits for me to find and buy the ring I wanted to propose with.
Wherever you go these days wether it be a salesman or waitress, people don't seem to really care about the service they provide you or their job in general. My experience at Genesis diamonds today was not the case! My guy Kevin was extremely pleasant to work with from the moment i walked in the door.
