Treat you with respect and kindness and willing to work with you on payment, staff always friendly and prices are high but competitive with similar quality of care, what more could you ask for in a vet?
Every visit feels like an upsell and a money grab, care seems to be oriented around selling services, regardless of how specious the need. For example, the office did not tell us in the reminder call to bring a stool sample, so a stool sample was not brought. The office then charged us for the stool sample and sent us home with the cup, rather than dropping the stool sample charge from our bill.
Horrible first time experience! I wanted to try them out so I used their promotion for a free physical for first time customers. I felt the staff tried to pressure me into getting vaccinations, flea treatments, dewormer, and other things that my puppy had already received elsewhere. They talked down to me the entire time and got annoyed when I didn't give in to them and asked questions. When I finally asked for a price list to consider Dr.Smith said you can get it at the front desk and walked out of the room. I went to the front desk and was looked over and ignored by the women at the desk. So I walked out and I will NEVER return. Don't waste your time here!
Was wondering the prices for the hospital? I have a female dog that needs to be spayed and a male dog that has a lot of itching and redness on his body.
