The compassion for not only my Canadian Goose but also for myself was a 10-star! I highly recommend!!!
Fantastic service, very friendly people and up front about costs. There will be no other place I take my macaw to now. They are a bit pricier than my vet was in michigan. Also extremely knowledgeable about macaws. Only place I will go for my birds timing needs now.
My daughter and I dropped off her rabbit to be boarded for a week(Aug29-Sept5). We left half of a huge bag of hay and a bag of pellets. When my Fiance picked the rabbit up a week later, she was told that we never dropped off any food and on top of that, we were missing a piece to the water bottle that holds the bottle securely to the cage. When I called to complain, I got the (I was not here) response. Needless to say, they lost a future customer for life and get a bad review. Hope the bags of rabbit food and losing the bottle piece was worth it.
Dr. Hill in extremely wonderful veterinarian and has a staff that is very caring and loving and makes you feel it home in really gets to know your pets and your needs. They will do a great job and guiding you through any type of crisis situation with your pet and help teach you how to monitor and regulate whatever medications are observations that need to be made. Just can't say enough good things about Petcare Animal Hospital
