The Forest Park location is fantastic! They do such a great job with my older dog and he never minds going. They genuinely care about their patients and take such great care of them. The monthly care plan is great too, covers all shots, checkups, emergency visits, etc.
Went to bring my pregnant pup here for an appointment to get an xray to find out how many puppies she's going to have, because she's due any day. Show up to the appointment only to be told there are 4 other people in front of me. One individual had already been waiting for over a half hour. Why they wouldn't have called to provide this information and warn me in unbeknownst to me but it's unprofessional and ridiculous. The stag staff member I spoke with was rude about it and unapologetic. I will NEVER come back to this location nor would I refer it!
Good, friendly staff. Don't have to wait past your appointment time. I really had a good experience there except in one regard: they keep trying to sell you on their wellness plan. Like a used car salesman at the end of the month.
We have been taking our pets to see Dr. Lisa here for the past 5 years. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. They are always kind, caring and professional. When ever any of our pets have been sick they always go above and beyond to help them get better.
Today was our first visit and I was happy with it. I felt all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Everything was explained in a way I could understand and remember. I signed up for their health plan and expect to continue care with the Animal Care Center. It did seem to take a while to see the doctor. The ease of making an appointment online though is great.
