I attempted to place an online order with Charlotte Russe. Their website said that the order could not be placed, said that no order was placed, and said that my account was NOT charged. Then, Charlotte Russe placed a hold on the funds in my bank account, and admitted to me that no order was placed. Now Charlotte Russe has REFUSED to reverse the hold on my funds...even though they know that no order was placed! Charlotte Russe says that THIS IS THEIR OFFICIAL POLICY for these situations.
