Worst customer service, rude and ignorant employees. Ordered on December 20, black and gold Harden shoes because Footlocker was the only store with them in that color. Was told I would receive a call or email once they were there. A week later Dec 27, went into the store because I received no call or email, they were there and the clerk Alexxis was rude when checking me out. When I arrived home and gave them to my boyfriend, the box was extremely damaged and they were TWO RIGHT SHOES. Long story short, on hold for 40 minutes to be told I had to go back into the store in order for them to send them back for the correct pair. A week later received no call or email AGAIN. Called the store that had a busy line or just kept ringing, then called customer service to be on hold for 53 minutes. Finally received a call from Footlocker (not the store) on Jan 5, that they were in. When I went in to get them (4th time going in), Alexxis was rude yet again and had trouble understanding what I was there for. The manager then came to the front grabbed the package that was already opened!! Took out the shoes and then after saying I just wanted a refund because they were open and the box was damaged again, the manager decided to PUT THEM ON. I will never shop here again. If you are willing to spend that kind of money on horrible customer service and inconvience without an apology then shop here. If you like being treated with respect after paying for a service, DO NOT SHOP HERE.
