I love Shoe Carnival! If you are looking to buy high end sneakers or boots like Nike or Timberlands or Reeboks then you definitely want to check out Shoe Carnival! Although still a bit pricey they always have their famous buy 1 get 1 half off deal which is awesome for our large family. Here you get quality name brand shoes without paying Mall prices. Love it!!!
Great choices but little over priced but with discount n all you get a good deal. Good customer service.
Worst customer service at this location. Couldn't find any shoes in size needed. When I asked for help 3, yes 3, employees standing around at the register doing nothing, offered no assistance at all. One, who I assumed was the manager was really good at rolling his eyes though. I asked for help finding the size and was told if I don't see it, they don't have it. Went to the location where we usually shop (Beechmont) and 2 young men went above and beyond to assist us. Maybe these young boys should conduct Customer Service training for this location.
