Just came in to buy shoes. While standing in line waiting for the guy running the register to stop talking about his instigram photography career to the lady another lady finally appeared from the wherever she was and started a conversation with a guy who had just walked up and she said "I got you over here" to him. Thanks for the acknowledgement.... Of course I put the shoes and socks back.
The manger and sales associates really do a good job of making sure I’m taken care of and feel accepted. I would strongly recommend coming into this store to just experience the overall joy that comes with this shopping experience. 12/10 would shop at again
I thought the shoe Dept in the east gate mall was way better and had more of a variety of shoes than the north gate mall. I found some shoes I liked at the north gate mall but they did not have them in my size the sales lady told me and my husband about the one in the east gate mall not only did I get two pair of shoes rather than one the sales women at the store were very nice and helpful.
Store employees are very nice however upper level management is extremely weak. The District Manger is very lazy and sits around all day on his computer in the back room the few times I have been in there and seen him. Terrible leadership outside of that store, the folks that have been and are currently employed are always very helpful and very nice and know what they are talking about. Its a shame how awful they are treated from above ranging from the District Manager on up.
