My boyfriend and I stopped in one day to check out the business and now we refuse to go anywhere else! My dog, Ariel is a little nervous going into places and they are always so wonderful with her. The staff is the absolute friendliest and are always eager to answer questions. They are incredibly knowledgeable about animals and I never dread asking. Also, their bathing area is always clean and fully stocked. I will always bring Ariel back here.

Clean, professional, and generally has my pets' food in stock. (One time they were out, but lately they've had multiple bags.) This is the only place I can get my cat's dry and dog's dry foods from. Not super far away, but I buy multiple bags to get me through several months.
They carry the high quality food that I feed my cat, locally sourced products, and a good selection. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always spotless. Couldn't ask for more.
Such incredible and attentive customer service. The girl was sweet and helped me choose from a variety of self service home made treats. They have the best variety I ever seen. And the store is well organized and clean. They also offer really cute frosting cookies. My baby fur will love what I got for him.
