Groomer i believe sally was her name did an amazing job with my in laws 2 shitzis they are quite a handful so i was worried about them being done by anyone but ellie (who is also amazing!) But i was very pleased with how she handled them especially the mean one...and shes super mean lol i also shop here for my own dog and betta fish and jake has been exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful every time ive come in. Highly recommend this place. We will be a long time customer.
My Wife and I bought a kitten of Craigslist. Poor guy was half starved and covered in fleas. Katelin stopped what she was doing, helped us bathe him, explained in detail how to care for him, helped select the required supples (without trying to up sell us). She was soaked and handpicking fleas of our new son. Needless to say she won our business and she should be recognized!
