I'm from out of state and a dog groomer. I stopped by to use their self service dog wash. They had everything I needed.
Horrible experience- TWICE. The owners seem friendly and helpful, but their staff quoted a price that they didn't honor and called me a liar, and to top it off they charged me extra for things without speaking with me first to find out if it was okay or if I'd rather just pick my dog back up. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, zero respect.
I am extremely picky on where I take my dogs. Everyone was very nice and the place was very clean and odor free. I will definitely be back.
I have always groomed and bathed my shih-poo myself. She is 8 years old now. The staff and facility were wonderful and the products used in their self service wash were outstanding. I will return again and again.

My husband and I have taken our puppy to EarthWise a few times and will absolutely continue going back! Dan and his wife are so knowledgeable, kind, and genuine (I love supporting local family-owned small businesses). Last evening we went in to buy our puppy a new harness and Dan went above and beyond for us. My husband and I talked the entire way home about the incredible customer service. Also--their prices are extremely competitive which is a bonus considering the store carries all natural products!!
