My salesperson was very knowledgeable about her sofas. She was able to steer us to exactly what we wanted. Not exactly an easy thing since my husband and I were seeing it differently in our minds. The black friday sale price was great. We were thrilled to be able to order exactly what we wanted and we know it will look fantastic in our living room.
I’m giving 4 stars. 5 for the sales lady, 5 for the chair and 2 for business practices regarding delivery. The sales lady was wonderful and the chair I selected was a great value. My only complaint was I wanted to save the $100 delivery fee by picking the chair up from the store myself as it wasn’t a special order. I didn’t end up doing that because the chair had to come from another location and that was still going to cost $50. I think transferring a piece of furniture should be a cost of doing business that the company, not the customer, should absorb. It seems like they’re really just holding your feet to the fire to make an extra $50 on every sale which to me seems like poor business.
Roanne was very helpful and gave us a lot of understanding of all the options we had for what we were looking for. She did not pressure us or bother us, but was available for all our questions and went out of her way to make our experience a very smooth one. We would definitely recommend her to others to work with when selecting new furniture. She was also very knowledgeable about the warranties and how we could protect our new recliner.
Elizabeth was so patient and helpful. She answered all of our questions and helped to steer us in a direction that might be more to our liking. She never once rushed us (she was there when we needed her and left us to look around without hovering), and we were there twice that day for several hours each. She helped us with picking custom colors that complimented each other. I look forward to working with her again.
Patrice was the design consultant who helped immensely in revamping our entire lower level living space. She came and took measurements, made initial suggestions then asked questions about our goals. Her design suggestions offered several excellent options and being able to see the renderings helped us make informed decisions for our order. She was patient and responsive to our questions and concerns. The initial cost exceeded our budget so she assisted as we made changes to bring it in line. We were very apprehensive about this project but Patrice made it as easy as it could have been.
