I am 40 years old and have done a lot of shopping and this store has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My initial visit was great and I purchased 2 leather motion max couches. What I've come to realize is that after you make a purchase they no longer care about you period. They've got your money and their sale/ commission whatever. My first couch arrived 2 weeks later and was damaged. The driver told my husband he'd been out drinking all night. It's been 2 1/2 months and I still haven't received my other couch or it's replacement. Every time I call they assure me next week. My husband or I take off work and they don't bother showing or even calling to cancel. Needless to say I cancelled my order after realizing that management doesn't care about the customer or doing what's right. After finally getting a number for corporate I got the damaged couch removed and everything cancelled. 3 months later my nightmare is over and I still have an empty living room. Save yourself the stress and spend your money with a company that has morals. Furniture Fair is NOT that company. If you do go stay away from Brad... he should be selling used cars somewhere. Also Mike the store manager couldn't even muster an apology and was even worse than Brad.
Have an abundance amount to chose from. Great styles. Can customize most pieces to get what you want. Better quality furniture than most furniture stores.
My wife and I recently purchased four outstanding pieces from Furniture Fair that included a leather sofa and lift-top cocktail table. We worked with Rob and he was exceedingly patient, honest, and pleasant to work with. By the end of our time, I honestly felt like he got to know my wife and I a bit and we him some. It made for natural conversation and a winding tour of the showroom rather than a typical sales experience. His suggestions for us were spot on. I feel like we got great value for all the pieces we purchased. Of all the furniture stores in our area, this is the only one we found everything we were looking for - and the one we we'll return to once we're ready for a bit more.
