The sales people are great, but I guess that's why they are in sales. The customer service staff was terrible. At least Alecia. When we made our order, she took at least 30 minutes and had someone else basically do it for her because she didn't know how. If you're Training, that's fine. But she just didn't know how.
The entire front staff was excellent! Good conversation, very professional and not to mention the furniture! We bought our first king size bed, mattress and box spring at an incredible price. Quality is fantastic, I can’t wait to pick it up. Will be highly recommending to everyone I know.
I would rather pay more somewhere else and know my stuff is being properly taken care of.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee. I told her you guy that I was not here to look, I was here by in an hour exactly what I wanted. He took me straight over to the set that I needed, wrote it up within two minutes. I went back to the counter and went to the whole financing thing and paid for my bedroom set. She handed me my paperwork and we were in and out in no more than 10 minutes. It was a fantastic experience. And the price of everything that I wanted came in about $35 less than I anticipated. Very satisfied customer
Our couch was scheduled for 10-15 days. It moved to 3-4 weeks. And then 7-8 weeks. We'll see if it ever comes! They were offering to give us a gift card for our next purchase, which is not likely. They finally took $25 off of our purchase but it wasn't really enough to make it worth the struggle. In addition to a several hundred dollar couch, we bought delivery and a warranty. $25 was nothing.
This is my second purchase from Cincinnati Overstock this year. We had been looking for a matching reclining sofa and loveseat to replace our old 20 year set. Found exactly what I was looking for. When I went in to pick up I was greeted by an employee at the door who sent me to the desk for a pick up slip. The lady behind the counter greeted me with a smile and was very helpful to let me know where to go to get the furniture. The guys at the loading dock were awesome! Very accommodating and made sure I inspected the furniture and was completely satisfied. They even re-wrapped the furniture to be sure it wasn't damaged in our move. Very positive experience and LOVE the furniture. Will be going back for more when needed!
We received fast and friendly service. When we ordered our items, it was originally a 6-8 week wait for delivery. We received all the items within 3 weeks! Also, pick-up at the warehouse was easy. It's close by, and the guys were helpful and friendly.
