Christopher helped me pick out my first acoustic guitar. He gave me all the time I needed with each guitar and answered all my questions without making me feel like a dumb novice! Everyone there is genuine, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!
We came in to get our 9yo son sized for a cello while we were in town visiting my dad. Not only did her get sizes, but we found and purchased a good condition but used 1/2 size cello. Since we are from Philadelphia, we had to figure out how to get it home. Eric was wonderful in working with us to get that accomplished in the most economical and safe way possible. Guitar Tech - Purchased a double cut LP special that I couldn’t keep in tune. Tried everything myself first. Took a week. Nothing worked. Took it to Brandon last night and now it plays like a dream! This guy rocks. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure if he’s permanent but should be! Well done.
