These guys are the best, and have been able to handle any problem I bring to them.
They are great here. Spent over 3 weeks trying to get my surface fixed though the phone and just decided to come to the store. They had me in and out in 15 minutes and I am thoroughly pleased. Jake one of the tech was great.
Had bought a brand new Xbox One from a different retailer, it had a power supply issue and wouldn't work, went in on a hunch, thinking maybe they could fix it on site. They ended up treating it as an exchange and gave me a brand new console off the shelf! Very nice and helpful staff despite a few little glitches with their system. Going back more often for Xbox help!
This store is a great add to the kenwood mall. The store is always well staffed with helpful people. The great part about this store is that they have all the cool stuff. If you want to try the new surface pros of any kind they have it. They have also done a good job of incorporating neat things like an 80 inch touch screen surface. Some of the other things that are fun to play with the VR setups.
