Fantastic
Abra is by far the worst shop i have ever been to in my life. Ive been working on autmotive vehicles for 7 years now and the quality of work here is nothing you would want to put yourselves in. The parts the paint and overall work were by far less than acceptable and professional. I was in an accident and the insurance company twisted my arm into using the shop they suggested and sponsered. So i did. Absolutely nothing was fixed and was actually in worse off shape when they gave it to me. The paint clearly didnt match the original color. areas that were affected by the accident and what were supposed to be fixed wasnt. Now if it was something small ok. But the suspension and brake system is what im talking about. Clearly not ok for someone to drive away with. I didnt know untill i took it to my shop back in columbus that i realized not only was the work not done but they had put junkyard pieces instead of new in order to cut costs. The manager there "Rob" seemed to be helpful at first but as time progressed he couldnt have cared less that our vehicle had been wronged and that his only concern was "paying and keeping the guys (his mechanics) happy". Which i completely understand, the shop is like a family, but this place and the management is not taking care of its customers. Which should be number one. So please if anyone is thinkin of taking your vehicle here you should look at other local shops around the area
