Terrible job. Chips in paint, missed areas, doors misaligned, areas not painted, glue from tape all over rubber. Poor communication and poor workmanship. Stay away from Maaco.
I recently had work done on my Fusion , I've used other body shops before but decided to give Maaco a chance. I met with Greg who was very professional and knowledgeable about the work needed to get the repairs done that I wanted. He gave me a great price that fit into my budget, explaining the difference between a $299 paint job that I will see imperfections which is a scuff and shot vs. a Base Clear paint job that is factory and gives best warranty and look. Set a date for repairs and his team exceeded my expectations. I'm extremely proud of the job they did. Customer for life, and just for an FYI I stopped by another big body shop right down the road and the estimate to do the same repairs was over $8,000.
We recently brought my father's Grand Marquis to Maaco Tri-County for paint and rust repair. Greg was a true professional. He was courteous and thorough during the initial meeting and made felt like he understood the importance of this car to my dad, who always kept it in immaculate shape. It was ready before we thought it would be, and the paint matched perfectly!!! Thank you Maaco for taking care of us! We won't go anywhere else for our family's vehicles and are happy to recommend!
We had a person bump into our front bumper, the guy that did it paid for it so we took it to Maaco to get it buffed and painted... we dropped the car off on Monday the 20th of November well its November 29th and now they said they screwed up it should be done today... how in the hell can they mess up on a buff and touch up and how in the hell does it take 9 days to get it done... we drove by the place and see our car sitting in their parking lot with no one around.. so I do not recommend going here...

This is not a place you want to visit but when life happens and you find yourself in need of auto body repair then this is a place you'll want to come to. They are reasonably priced and do good work. The only improvement is that they say they open at 8:00 but, unfortunately, they are somewhat fluid with the starting time. I was there at waiting for them to open and after 45 minutes the young lady showed up and was unapologetic of our time we wasted waiting for her before work and made excuses. She was very off putting but thankfully the rest of the team doesn't act like her.
