First time at CarX on Winton Rd. Best experience I've had in going to an auto shop. Was treated fairly and with respect. Will only take car here from now one. Also, price was unbelievably lower than I thought I would pay.
I called at the very last-minute for my wheel alignment. They got me right in. The wait was short. Great service. I would use them again.

Do not go here!!!! I went to have my car looked at which involved taking the tire off in order to even inspect what my issue was. I was told i could leave and drive on it safely and my wheel fell off!!!!!! Apparently whoever put the wheel back on did a garbage job and it cost me a tow. Only reason i gave them one star is to write this review
I never got an oil change!! They were so swamped they maybe forgot to accommodate my vehicle and prematurely sent my vehicle out the door unfinished. Now currently I have very loud knocking in my engine. Hopefully Frank is as nice and honest as you guys say.(Waiting to hear back)
