The staff is always friendly. The lead mechanic Dwayne is outstanding. The other mechanics are great but Dwayne cannot be beat. He is a fixture of this store location. His years of experience, skill level, attention to detail and pride in his work are hard to find these days. I have gone to the Fields Ertel location for years. They are the only commercial mechanics I put my full faith into with my vehicles.
I had the car I for an oil change, check the battery charging system. I was told tires were good, brakes good. They couldn't figure out why battery light comes on sometimes. Car overheated on me two days later. Seriously, complete car care package ? Not in my case.
Friendly and courteous staff. Repair completed in the time frame estimated. I'll be back with future business.
Prompt service and they make and keep appointments. No hard sells. They carry the best, but have no problem selling the most economical models. Sense of professionalism.
Had some issues with them keeping to their timeline they gave us. It was very frustrating. We had an appointment set for 2pm. We brought it in and then they told us they couldn't start on it until the next day. We had to pull teeth to get them to start on it before 10am the next morning. Very disappointing.
