Vicky of Victoria Travel helped plan our romantic German honeymoon many years ago, then an amazing adventure to Indonesia before we started our family. So it seemed appropriate to seek her help with a European getaway for our family...including our son who just graduated from high school, and happens to have autism. We needed her expertise to make the trip as fun and calm as possible. She found affordable direct flights, quiet hotels with amenities we needed, hop-on/hop-off double-decker tour buses in each city so we could sight-see all day and have a retreat (just hop on the bus & sight-see) when needed. It was a learning experience for ALL of us. We could not have had as successful a trip without Vicky's help.
They helped us figure out what we wanted from our honeymoon, and put together an amazing trip for us. We felt completely overwhelmed before we talked to them and ended up with a better trip than we could have even thought of without their help.
We attempted to book a trip with this company and they were not helpful at all. We had an initial meeting to discuss our plans and after we got the initial quote we were never able to get in contact with them agin. We attempted to contact them to discuss putting down a deposit and they never returned phone calls or emails. This went on for several weeks and we never got an acknowledgment that our messages were even being received. After several weeks we get an email saying they can't handle our booking. Horribly disorganized and terrible customer service. They seem to be in way over their heads and can't handle even the simplest task. Do not book with them.
