Vince Condeni was referred to me by a business associate, but I won't use this agency again. He under delivered and claimed he had gotten us "upgrades" that he did not get us. Our travel was difficult, and when I reached out to him he did not offer to help in any way. You're way better off contactly the hotels/airlines/transportation directly rather than using this middle man. He also had us transfer our friends existing reservations to him so he would get credit for booking them...but then did nothing for them. Total waste of time.
