Absolutely worthless. I asked for help planning a weekend trip in London and they didn' call me back when they said they would. When I finally called them, they gave me 1 overpriced hotel recommendation and told me I could probably find better deals myself online. I had also asked about public transportation and they gave me no information whatsoever except an 800 number from a website that I could have looked up myself. Calling this place was a complete waste of time, I ended up planning the whole weekend myself.
Have NOW had 4 different agents and they all suck
The most useless people ever!!!! I would rather schedule my vacation with a dog, as in sure the dog would do a better job.
Manager is useless never calls back. Employees there are like Walmart greeters .... More interested in the weather THAN your questions and concerns.
