Food was excellent. I had excellent service but I came in after the rush and also sat at the counter. But I also saw 2 people not get their food in a timely matter and one ended up taking it to go and one just left... They had arrived during a high volume time. The service at this location is still learning how to handle a Saturday brunch time rush.
Felt like home. Felt amongst family. Food was great. Chicken and waffles were nice and spicy.
Breakfast tasted decent. The size of the portion was less than what I expected for the price. Everything muffin didn't taste that well. The pancakes were the best part. They were very fluffy and yummy.
Friendly staff and painted with morning colors to make the room bright. The best part is that the room is open, so there is no worrying about having servers squeeze between you and another table.
The food options are pretty good and the portion sizes are very generous. I ordered a stack of 3 pancakes and I could only eat half of them.
This is definitely a place to check out for breakfast and brunch.
Disorganized. Very few people were in the restaurant and it took almost an hour for a food to arrive after we ordered. Served our appetizer and our main at the same time. Go to the Blue Ash location. Hopefully this one just closes because it is harming the brand.
