Great friendly staff and delicious food. Me and my boyfriend go in about once every 2 weeks to enjoy the pick 2 for $25 and free appetizer. Never a long wait :)
This Applebee's has such a friendly staff it's a pleasure to come here. And I will be back, but I'm getting a steak next time.
The worse Applebee's we have been in. I ordered a steak rare and got a well done steak that was cold. My wife ordered the four cheese mac n cheese. Which was cold and when we sent it back it came out after being microwaved and was super dry. Service was ok the waitress was helpful with the issues but the kitchen just couldn't provide a decent meal.
Service was good. I ordered a steak med well, but got a really rare one, bleeding on my plate. I Sent it back and got a over cooked steak so tough I couldn't eat it. Worse than jerky. The server was nice and had it taken off of the bill. I would have rather paid and received a better tasting meal. This is very uncommon for this place. I usually get great food, but not today. I probably won't ever order steak from there again. Maybe a new and inexperienced cook was working alone tonight!
Had a clubhouse grille and chicken tortilla soup for lunch . The sandwich was fine, but why not make the sandwich the size of the whole slice of bread instead of cutting part off ? It's not like you're selling it cheap. And same thing with the soup....give the customer a decent serving instead of a sample. It was good, just not enough of it.
Service was great, food was mediocre at best. Do not order steak anything but well done because it seems it is the only way they can prepare one. 2 tries, both wrong.
