For the "umpteenth" time, once food is delivered, there was no followup from wait staff until checks were delivered, then once the bills were paid, our group was completely ignored (despite being seated right by the kitchen).
I just wonder if the Stadium Restaurant's wait staff were older and/or more male; or if our group were younger and/or more male; whether these wonderful ladies would be treated more respectful and courteous manner
This has happened multiple times, and I called out the manager on this several months ago when the waitresses stood with thier backs to our tables in an otherwise empty restaurant and ignored our attempts to get refills and desert.
Had a late night dinner after the fireworks next door. Place was busy but the service was great! Hats off to our server, Emmisha, and Jennifer, a manager who stepped in to help everyone during the rush. Live band was fun. The food was great! We came in just as the late night menu with a few less selections started. We were not let down by what was available!
Manger apologized, provided deserts and promised retraining of staff. Well, that didn't take. My ladies are active senior citizens who play here because one of group is handicapped and travel is difficult but she lives close by. Unfortunately this is the only place in the area where they can eat then play dominoes that can accommodate her wheelchair.
Very nice dining experience! I had pan seared salmon, baked potato and broccoli. Everything was cooked to perfection. Three others at my table had good meals also. The waitress, Brooke, was very pleasant and friendly, and was a perfect server. There was a jazz band there also but not overpowering. We could enjoy dinner conversation. Although I was not interested in the 30 TV's they were there if you are in into watching sports.
We've been here for 3 1/2 hours and it's been 90 minutes since Wait staff has been by, even with an uncollected check folder still on the table.
My husband and I enjoy coming here to eat. The one thing I wish they would do is have a alternate uniform. Some of these waitress are to big to pull these shorts off. Not trying to be mean just being honest.
Come here monthly with 8-12 senior ladies to eat in Stadium Restaurant and then play dominoes. These ladies order off regular menu so checks avg. $15 - $19 per person if desert is also ordered.
