My husband and I love us some Richies chicken! I gave it 4 stars due to there only being 2 locations and neither are near my home.
Best chicken, fish, and sides in town. Awesome staff! Eat there every time we go to the Cincinnati Zoo.
Best fried chicken around. Great sides too. Good portions for the value. Spicy though they also have non spicy versions.
I recommend it. I work in the industry, and the quality and freshness was solid.
Some staff can seem impatient later at night, but understandably so because they have to deal with so many people who don't know their manners.
First time and it was good food. Had to figure out how to order, but ended up with what I wanted. Potato wedges, fried chicken, catfish. (More black pepper on the catfish)
Horrible customer service . Always out of food. It went from being one of the best restaurants to get good soul food from,to being one of the worst place in the city to eat.
