Half BBQ chicken was delicious and a good size. My girl and I split this $30 meal and they brought on seperate plates. Maccoroni was great, double stuffed baked potatoe is enough for 3 people and the $50 Kansas City Strip was very tender and juicy. Cheesecake was pretty average. We only came cause we had free money saved up from casino. Don't think I would ever spend my own money here even though it was great.
Had appetizers and drinks in the bar area. Listened to Sarah sing in the bar. Our server, Deah, was most attentive and friendly. We danced to a couple of songs. A great evening!
People if you're going to rate the buffet rate the buffet not the steakhouse. this is for prism Steakhouse. With that being said every time I've been there the food has been great and the wait staff as well. Quite a bit pricey but the selection seems to be a bit unique. Probably the best thing about this place is the live singers.
Booked reservations for a Sunday evening. It was not busy at all. However, it took 30+ minutes after ordering 2 diet pepsis to receive them. Water glasses also went unfilled many times, with the waitress even making comments about it. When ordering a filet mignon, they asked to butterfly the steak because I wanted it "medium well." Why in the world does a steakhouse need to butterfly a steak to make sure it's cooked? Is this a real steakhouse? Well the steak came out and was so well-done it was unbelievable. I will not be going here again. By the way, a filet mignon was $48. Go to a local Cincinnati place (Jeff Ruby's) if you want good food and a great experience.
Staff did not want to refill many buffet items and it was only 7:30 pm. Almost all dessert items were empty by 7:45 and staff made comments about having more food in coolers below but did not refill them because they we're closing soon. Money wasted.
EDIT: I was overcharged by $14 at this establishment in addition to everything else here! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.
