They have good burgers and food. Unfortunately their app rewards program and customer service is terrible. The restaurant's internet was down when our initial $5 sign up and referral rewards for app signup were supposed to work (should have been $15 total after purchasing for 2 of us, plus reward points for $30 spent) . They told us to contact customer service for our rewards. We contacted customer service and they said just explain it to the restaurant when we came back. We came back to the restaurant (we also brought our app and receipt) and they told us they couldn't help us and to call customer service. There is no way to call customer service, you can only email them or go type through the app. We contacted them, but they were unable to help us. It's hard to enjoy the food when you feel the business has conned you out of their end of their supposed offer on their rewards program. The burgers taste like ashes of defeat in your mouth. They promise the rewards, but don't deliver. You feel like a helpless rube as a customer.
Great burgers the burger sauce was amazing. Service was good but I can see when busy it would be lacking.
Just too long of a wait time. The place wasn't even at 30% capacity. Still took an eternity to even pick up my check to leave. Burger was good but not worth the hour and a half to get it and pay for it.
Didn't have high expectations for a burger place in a casino, but I was happily proven wrong. We ordered several burgers and every one of them was delicious. We were in there late at night and the service was phenomenal as well.
Ordered 2 burgers and still managed to wait 25min. Me and my girlfriend were the only ones in here! When they came out they were super plain! No sides, white plates, and tiny burgers for the price. Not to mention the interior looks like something from the 1970s. Never again...
