We had several gas leaks in our exterior pipes and our utility company shut our gas off until we had the section of our pipes repaired by a plumber. My home warranty company had originally set us up with another company but I needed something sooner, so I called. They were able to get ahold of Service One Plumbing immediately (and this in the late evening) and after it was set up, I got a call right after from Dan. He was booked the next day but was going to fit me in. Unfortunately, we learned the exterior pipes were not covered under our warranty but Dan still took the time to come out and did the work. He did an excellent job and we were able to get our gas back on later that evening. He was very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and was willing to come back right away if we had any problems. We will definitely use him again in the future!
I was assigned this company through my warranty company. They called me once and I missed the call. They left a voicemail and I promptly called them back twice and left a voicemail. I connected my home warranty company the next day and he disregarded the request because he "could not contact". He only called once! He didn't bother to return my voicemail. Very unprofessional.
This company was sent by my home warranty provider to replace a water heater. They charged $880 and had various reasons why the charge was so high. I just had a second gas water heater replaced by a different company with the same size and mandatory equipment at a cost of $450. Beware-Service One overcharges by more than double!!!
