Absolutely one of the best plumbers in Cincinnati. We had a plumbing emergency on New Years Eve and they showed up as promised and did not charge a premium. Our normal plumber was too busy and 3 other companies would not guarantee a show. So nice that this company kept the promise and showed. I highly recommend them...regardless of what part of the city you are located in.
Pat and Kathy are always prompt to respond to our needs. I called with a plumbing problem and he was there the same day. When I arrived home the problem was fixed and other than leaving the paperwork I would have never know he was there. He always cleans up and does a great job. Prompt, Courteous and Reasonable.
