Worst experience I have ever had. I bought an in-stock Loft bed for my son's birthday on June 20. The first delivery time set by PB Teen for delivery was July 11 (when I purchased the item they said it will arrive between June 29-July 13). Delivery was then rescheduled by PB Teen for Friday July 15. Rescheduled again for Monday, July 25. And Today, after emailing yesterday about their failure to communicate a delivery window for TODAY and on the phone for over an hour midday today, I was told that the earliest they could deliver is Friday July 29- OVER A MONTH later than I originally purchased the IN-STOCK item. I have already received a bill that I am suppose to pay for furniture I haven't even received! Each time I sit waiting for the item, rearranging my schedule to be home, without a delivery successfully executed on their end. The furniture may look great in the store, but IT WON'T BE DELIVERED. WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY, and MONEY.
