Just called to book a stay for December 2nd, 5 rooms and they were completely booked up. Which is fine really.... I understand. However the staff was very rude and didn’t want to help point me in the right direction at all. I guess I’m glad that I know their staffing is not up to snuff now rather than booking 5 rooms and realizing then.
This is The Best place to stay in Cincinnati. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and its employees! I stay here practically every week and dread when they're fully booked and I have to stay somewhere else! The hotel itself is beautiful and inspiring (thanks to the artwork throughout), and it is extremely welcoming and clean. Everyone that works there is so friendly, attentive, and professional (especially Anna!), that it feels like home. Love, love, love 21c!
Awesome place! My wife and I have always loved the art on the first few floors, and we're excited to actually stay overnight for once. We were especially excited to learn it is dog friendly! No complaints, we really enjoyed our stay!
Nice downtown hotel pretty close to Over the Rhine area. Hotel cost is reasonable, has nice museum artwork, and a restaurant. Rooms are black and white and large for a downtown hotel. Valet parking is steep, but you can self-park at a garage a block away.
Very interesting artwork in the common / lobby areas. Very open and welcoming vibe. Friendly staff. Nice room that feels very modern. Great location in the city. The only Con I have is that the room light switches were a little complicated if you don't take 5 minutes to figure out how it all works.
